According to the Bible, is homosexual behavior okay or is it a sin?

First, before I give you some scriptures on this topic from the Bible, I want you
to know God loves you no matter what you've done or haven't done and no matter
what desires you've had or haven't had. "But God demonstrates his own love toward
us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8 (NKJV) "For
God so loved the world (insert your name where it says the world) that he gave his
only begotten son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have
everlasting life." John 3:16 (NKJV) God loves you greatly and you have great worth
in his eyes! Now some verses on homosexual behavior.

And with a male thou dost not lie as one lieth with a woman; abomination it is. Leviticus 18:22 YLT (Young's Literal Translation).
'And a man who lieth with a male as one lieth with a woman; abomination both of them have done; they are certainly put to death; their blood is on them. Leviticus 20:13 YLT Note: This commandment about the death penalty was given to the Nation of Israel only. God was their ruler.
Because of this did God give them up to dishonourable affections, for even their females did change the natural use into that against nature; and in like manner also the males having left the natural use of the female, did burn in their longing toward one another; males with males working shame, and the recompense of their error that was fit, in themselves receiving. Romans 1:26-27 YLT
have ye not known that the unrighteous the reign of God shall not inherit? be not led astray; neither whoremongers, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, the reign of God shall inherit. *** And certain of you were these! but ye were washed, but ye were sanctified, but ye were declared righteous, in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God. *** 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 YLT
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; Isaiah 5:20a KJV

I know many people today think a person's sexual orientation can't or doesn't change. However, I and at least some practicing LGBTQ scholars believe sexual orientation can and does change. They also believe those who want to change should be allowed to seek help in changing. Many people who used to be gay say they are no longer gay. The sexual desires of some have switched back and forth several times. There is a book titled "30 Transgender Regretters Come Out Of The Closet." For those who desire to change remember, Jesus said with God all things are possible. Matthew 19:26. livehope.org knows from experience it is possible for one's sexual orientation to change. They exist to help those who desire their help. PFOX.org (Parents and Friends of Ex-gays) offers help to parents and friends of gays and gays who no longer wish to be gay. I am not suggesting it is quick or easy to get unwanted sexual desires to stop. But I am suggesting with time and help, for many, it is possible to get unwanted sexual desires to stop.
I have a short article on intersexed individuals.

You can also ask God to take away your bad desires and replace them with good desires. James 1:13-14. Thank God daily for the cleansing blood of Jesus. If possible, outloud, daily ask God to cover you with the blood of Jesus, to wash you clean with the blood of Jesus, and to fill you with the Holy Spirit. Spend time daily singing praises and thanksgivings to God. Sing and dance before him. Evil spirits can't stand it when we do this.
Remember 1st) you get your value from God. You are created in God's image. If you are a Christian, if your trusting in Jesus as your Savior and Lord (Master) your a child of God. Romans 10:9-13. 1st John 1:6-10. Notice the benefits in verse 9 have nothing to do with our feelings. God considered you so valuable that He sent Jesus His son, the 2nd person in the Godhead, to suffer and die for you on the cross so you could be completely forgiven and eventually be with God the Father in heaven. So order any demons or thoughts telling you that you aren't valuable or of tremendous worth away in the name of Jesus. John 14:12-14. 2nd) No one and nothing can ever seperate you from God's love that is in Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Romans 8:35-39.
Some think once they have trusted in Jesus as their Savior they can continue to sin willfully and frequently and God will have to allow them into heaven. They are wrong. Jesus must be our Lord as well as our Savior. Consider the following KJV verses. 1) "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:9 Notice the words "Lord Jesus." 2) He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 1st John 2:4. 3) But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. 1st John 2:5. 4) He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. 1st John 2:6. Note: 1st John makes it clear that all Christians will occasionally slip and sin. But sin should not be their habit or practice. I encourage you to read Matthew 7:13 through 23.
Our salvation rests upon our repenting of our sins and our really, from the heart, trusting and accepting Jesus as our Savior and Master. John 3:16. John 11:25. Acts 3:19. John 1:12-13. Romans 10:9-10,13. Luke 23:39-43.
As you develop a closer relationship to Jesus, you will find that you sin less, and sin makes you unhappy. 1st John 1:6-2:6.
"Shall pluck" in John 10:28 is 3rd person singular and means he, she, or it cannot pluck you out of Jesus' hand. Endure to the end (as you love, cling to, and obey Jesus in trust) and you will have life both in this age and in in the age to come, according to Matthew 24:12,13. 1st John 5:12-13. John 14:23-24. 1st John 2:4. Ezekiel 18:21-25.
Some people say Christians shouldn't label certain behaviors as sin because Jesus said, "Judge not, that you be not judged." Matthew 7:1. NKJV. But that's not what Jesus said. Read Matthew 7:1-6 also. Those verses show we should be very humble and careful as we seek to help others as none of us are without sin. Also some people are like pigs. They do not want to be cleaned up. They do not value precious things. Many are not aware the Bible commands, "Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; REPROVE, REBUKE, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine." 2nd Timothy 4:2. KJV. The Bible also says, "Do you not know that THE SAINTS WILL JUDGE THE WORLD? And if the world will be judged by you are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Do you not know that WE SHALL JUDGE ANGELS? How much more things that pertain to this life?" 1st Corinthians 6:2-3 NKJV. Galatians 6:1 JKJV says, "Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespress, you who are spiritual restore such a one IN A SPIRIT OF GENTLENESS, considering yourself lest you also be tempted."
